Do you have a
store?
Yes. We are
located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
We are very well
versed with the traditions and etiquette of Weddings in the
United States, Australia, UK, Canada and United Arab Emirates as
we have 100's of brides visiting our store to plan their
weddings. We have a Certified Wedding Consultant on our staff to
assist you in planning the most important day in your life.
What are your
hours of operation?
We are open from
Saturday to Thursday from 10:00 am to 8:00 pm. We are closed on
Fridays.
What currency is
used for prices and billing?
All prices are
quoted in AED. We accept payment in other major currencies
also.
What type of
credit cards do you accept?
We accept Visa
and Master Card.
Do you have a
printed catalog; will you mail one to me?
Sorry, but we DO
NOT have a printed catalog. We add new products to our inventory
on a daily basis to keep up with the most current trends and new
products in the wedding industry; please refer to the site for
our complete inventory and available products.
Do you offer
wholesale prices / dealership opportunities to retailers for
your products?
Yes, please
contact us with your requirements.
FAQ
(Wedding Invitations)
How far in
advance should I order my wedding invitations?
We recommend 4
to 6 months in advance. However, it's best to place your order
as soon as plans are finalized.
Do the prices
include printing?
Yes, the price
of our invitations include printing on one insert only.
Printing in all other areas at an additional cost.
How long will my
order take?
After signing
off on the client proof page, your order will be ready within 2
to 4 weeks depending on the design.
When should I
mail out my wedding invitations?
Invitations
should be sent out 4-6 weeks before the wedding.
I don't have
much time. Do you do rush orders?
Yes, we can
accommodate most rush orders depending on the quantity and the
invitation style. Please contact us for details.
Can I get
samples of your invitations?
At the present
time we do not give samples. You are free to visit our showroom
to see our entire collection.
Do you carry
Wedding Programs, RSVP cards, Thank You Cards, and
place cards?
Yes, we carry
matching stationary for all of our invitations.
How do I place
an order?
Please visit our
store in Dubai or the process can be done over email and phone.
What is your
guarantee policy?
We are confident
that you will be happy with your order. Should there be an
invitation printing error on our part or the part of the
printer, we will replace your invitations at no charge.
What is your
return policy?
All sales are
final. Once the client has approved the proof, a refund cannot
be given.
**Please
make sure to review the proof carefully for accuracy before
signing off. We are not responsible for mistakes overlooked by
the client during proofing process.
If you wish to
cancel your order before the proof approval, it will be subject
to a 50% cancellation charge. Refunds can only be issued for
damaged products incurred in shipping. All claims to be
reported within 48 hours of receipt.
Will somebody
review my order before it is placed?
Yes. We will
review your order and contact you if we have questions or
clarifications.
What is a proof?
A proof is a
black and white document sent to us by the printer. After we
review it we'll email/fax over to you so that you can check for
mistakes such as spellings, addresses or even for the font you
selected for your invitations. All changes can be made at this
stage. After you advise us of the changes to be made, we will
send you a final proof for your signature. Once the proofs are
approved by you, we will print your invitations.
What happens if
I made a mistake and I already submitted and approved my order?
If you order has
not been submitted yet to production, we will be able to correct
any mistakes. If your order has been sent to production, then
there is nothing we can do. We will work with you to have your
invitations reprinted, if you so desire, and delivered to you as
soon as possible.
How do I choose
font styles, ink colors and clipart?
You can view it
online.
Do the
invitations have inner envelopes?
No. our wedding
invitations do not have inner envelopes.
How do I seal
the envelopes?
Our handmade
invitations do not come with self adhesive envelopes. You will
need to use a seal or double sided tape to seal the envelope.
What kind of
paper are you invitations made of?
Our invitations
are made from Handmade Paper. There can be variations in color,
texture and shade of the handmade paper. These are not defects
but are the beauty of this paper.
Can you design
custom wedding invitations?
More and more
couples are interested in creating a one-of-a-kind, custom
designed invitations for their special day. By creating a custom
design, you ensure that your invitation fits your wedding, your
personality and your tastes. You also ensure that you will have
an invitation unlike any other and that it will speak volumes
and leave a lasting impression on its recipients. Plus, it's a
process that you are personally involved in.
Custom designs
work one of three ways:
You can add
custom elements to our existing designs, such as adding a leaf
or a tassel, changing the symbol, or changing the size or shape
of a design. Or choose different paper stocks, colors or fonts.
You can give us your ideas and we will show you examples of what
is possible.
Choose an
existing design from our catalogue and we will rework the design
based on your ideas in order to create your own custom
invitation. Or, select elements from one or more of our existing
designs, and we will combine them to create your unique
invitation design.
Create a
completely new, custom design. Tell us what you are looking for,
the theme or feel of your wedding, what colors you have in mind,
what unique elements you'd like to add (for example, a photo,
leaf or other object, a specific paper stock or ribbon, etc.)
and any other thoughts or ideas you have. Based upon this
information, we will create sample designs for your review. From
there, we will make whatever modifications and additions until
you are happy with the final piece.
